Joyce Winslow

Put 20 years of experience
in public and private sector communications, public relations,
and media relations to work for you.

Winslow has served as media strategist, speechwriter, and media liaison for the Administrator of Medicare, planning and implementing targeted messaging to media, the public, medical professionals, State and local governments, HMOs, and Congress. She has created speeches and talking points for the CMS Administrator, the US Surgeon General, State governors, and their public health department officials.

She has served as Vice President of Corporate Communication for two non-profit associations and a Gannett TV station. As Assistant Director of Proposal Management for Accenture, Winslow helped create persuasive documents that resulted in contracts with all Federal Cabinet-level agencies, and corporate clients such as Amtrak. Her OP EDs for the RAND Corporation resulted in a 98 percent placement rate for two years—more than 50 in top-tier newspapers and journals on a wide range of topics. All work has been achieved on time, on budget and resulted in measurable increases in news placement and effectiveness.

Winslow and Mayfair is a woman-owned business. Mayfair is the overarching name for graphic designers and others Winslow hires to meet specific needs for individual clients.
